As we provide information about history, traditions, music, and more as a material for learning, our students become passionate about the Spanish language and culture. Our belief that by knowing more about Spanish and Latin American history and culture, students become more aware of the context of certain vocabulary. Also, this way they get in touch with the diversity of Latin American and learn Spanish at the same time.
While there are so many resources for studying Spanish, not all of them are equality fast and effective. You might find some answers to your questions on our Spanish Lessons FAQ.
There are 3 important things we always consider we design our lessons:
- Your proficiency in Spanish
- Reason of learning the language
- Personal interests
Your proficiency in Spanish
We teach all levels of students- beginner, intermediate, and advanced in the Metro Atlanta area. Knowing your Spanish level help us design lessons which build up your current knowledge. This also reinforces vocabulary and grammar structures you may have forgotten.
Reasons for learning the language
Whether you are a medical professional who needs to communicate with patients or you just want to get around on a trip – your reason of learning Spanish helps us shape each individual lesson. It is one of the keys which allow us to pick the right materials like articles, magazines, work sheets, flashcards, books, or audio.
We create each personalized lesson with you in mind. That is why our Spanish lessons vary depending on your needs and interests to make the lesson dynamic, efficient and fun. Tell us new things or customs you want to learn about and we will be happy to embed that information in our lessons. As instructors we try not to miss any detail, any concern, any question or suggestion you may have. We will always appreciate your feedback.
I started working with Roberto over two years ago and thanks to his instruction my Spanish has consistently improved since that time. After starting with virtually no Spanish, I can confidently say that I am almost fluent! Roberto manages to be both patient and thorough at the same time, and he can provide lessons over a variety of skill levels. This ability has allowed me to grow continually and ensures a constant supply of level-appropriate challenges in our lessons. I also appreciate the cultural perspective that Roberto brings to the mix. He is well versed in Latin American cuisine, music and literature, and he seamlessly incorporates this knowledge into this into his instruction.

After more than six months of tutoring with Roberto, I have increased my Spanish fluency and confidence substantially. Roberto does a great job teaching all levels of Spanish learners and encouraging conversation without fear of embarrassment. I especially appreciate the fact that he comes to my office and works around my schedule. I enjoy my classes so much that I have referred three friends to Spanish Lessons 4 You, and they are all very happy with the level of instruction they are receiving.
We came to Roberto after having been in a spanish program at a school where we we felt that we weren’t learning. It was very disorganized and with 25 people in the class everyone was learning at a different pace. Roberto’s approach to teaching is different and makes you feel that you are progressing very early on. He is very thorough in his teaching approach, he gives a test at your first class to quickly determine your level. From then on, he has a very practical hands-on approach to learning spanish. By giving you homework after every class and having your sessions be more of a dialogue it helps you grasp the language at a much quicker pace. Roberto is very patient and organized, he is always well prepared with assignments and makes sure you really understand the concepts before moving ahead to the next topics. He also makes learning spanish more fun with his games and creative exercises. Therefore, we would definitely recommend Roberto as your tutor. He makes learning a new language less itimidating and you will make progress so much quicker.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Spanish lessons 4 you?
We are not a language school, we are a group of native Spanish instructors that provide lessons in a casual, efficient and dynamic way.
How long does it take to learn Spanish? How often should I take the lessons?
This is a very common question. The answer depends of you. How much time, effort, and dedication would you like to invest. The frequency of the classes depends on how available you are. We recommend taking the lessons at least twice a week for one hour. There are some students who take lessons twice a week for one hour each lesson or once or once a week for one hour and a half. You can choose what fits you best.
What is the advantage of having a private Spanish lesson instructor?
It gives you the chance to have the instructor focus only on you, taking care of any concerns, questions or doubts you might have. The instructor becomes your coach on this path of learning. These things can’t be found in a class of 20 or 30 students. In larger classes the teacher might just follow a program but might not give you the attention that you need.
